does anyone know how I can find out information on the new compensation laws where they only payout 66 2/3 of your benefit. (what I am trying to say is that before july 1 2003 if you were awarded a percentage of impairment it used to be paid at four weeks of your weekly benefit per percentage point. now you supposedly only get 66 2/3 of your 4 week benefit per percentage point)
if anyone knows where I can find this in writing I would sure appreciate it. I have already tried talking with my claims representative, but they are not going to go overboard to help me find out.
