Priority Conference

Can somebody please tell me what to expect on a "priority conference" ?
I will appreciate your feed back on this matter.

A priority Conference is set in California on a denied case when one the parties asks for a 'short' date or a quick date for a trial on the issue of whether or not the injury is work related, aoe/coe.

At the conference, both sides should complete a Pre-Trial Conference Statement, listing their evidence and witnesses they intend to present. They exchange evidence and they set a date for the trial at the earliest possible date.
