is a lump sum settlement taxable here in KY?

I'm not sure but I'd say since a Workers Comp Check isn't taxed it should be the same for a settlement check.
I'll ask My Lawyer since this might aply to Me and let Ya know.

workers comp is not taxable any kind of $$ from them is not it is not earned $$ so there for no taxes you can look it up online or on the IRS website
