Question Surgery and Nerve Damage, But 0% Impairment Rating

I am in Tennessee and fell at work and had a right ankle OCD lesion of the talus. Whis a bone cyst grew 1 inch by 2 inches and the had to do surgery to remove it. I went thru PT and just went MMI and got my impairment rating of 0 but the dr. included in her documentations this " however even though he does have a 0 % impairment he is at high risk for further posttraumatic arthritis in this ankle. He may develope the need for either an allograft or autograft if hr becomes symptomaticpossiable fusion or arthroplasty or wear a airziona brace." When she done the surgey she also cut a nerve and the whole top of my foot is numb and this was not even noted. What do I do? Am I about to get screwed? How can it be a 0% imparment rating with all the things I am at high risk for?

ratings only measure existing impairment not what might happen in the future.
You can ask the work comp division to request a clarification from the rating doctor or get another rating.

especially if you've returned to work and can show some earnings loss.

None said anything about changing the law. I just asked what to do if i disagree with the imparment rating.
