    Default What Happens After A Settlement Hearing

    Anyone know??? I am just curious if they settle or try to offera lower amount!!!! This is work comp case in KS.

    If it doesn't settle they'll schedule a full hearing and let the judge decide the correct benefits.

    Oh ...OK I see. Is this where the judge can send you out to another Dr for another rating, then make a decision off that rating.

    I think most of the evidence should be done and in. This is the time to compromise and negotiate.
