How much money should i get weekly.ive heard 66 and2/3% and also 80% of my pay.i had amputated my little finger from the top joint up.do they have to pay me for permanent loss.ive never used workmans comp before so this is all new to me.

It's 2/3 of your average WEEKLY WAGE. there is a maximum that varies with your date of injury.
yes there is additional payments for those with permanent impairment.

if they were not able to reattach your finger there is a set amount $ that you will recieve. if they were able to attach with no permanent inj ,then i'm not to sure in your state. you can look it up on the stats dept of labor web site.
