    Question Pre-Settlement Funding

I am looking for any company that does pre settlement funding on a workers comp case in California. Can anyone help? I have tried many, only to be turned down because I live in California.

    Those "companies" are scams.
Most are owned by the insurance companies, they are loaning you what they owe you for an outragious interest rate.
I say forget it, if you do find one, they'll rip you off.

It is illegal in Calif to incumber a potential award in a WC claim. That's why these sharks won't give you the money. There is no guarantee you will suffer any permenant disability due to your injury, and if there is a zero % rating, there would be little to no money in a settlement.
