    Default Percent Impairment of the Whole Person

    I'm at MMI i was rater at 28% inpairment of the whole person what this means? how much is this in money! no offer back to work ER less than 50 employers DI 09-2009 age 28. than you!!

    Depends on whether the rating is final, and/or accepted by the ER/IC...
    Have you been evaluated by a PQME/AME ?
    IF this is a final, uncontested PD/WPI rating... you'll be paid 118.25 weeks of PPD indemnity benefits at $230/wk, for appx $31K. There is no guarantee of a cash settlement in this amount.
