Cannot Find My Employer

after getting hurt in June and being out on workmans comp cannot find my employer at all it's like a they of the face of the earth all the phone numbers are disconnected in the main office is empty what can I do to find the company I work for because the doctor wants to release me to get back on light duty

At this point, it's probably not important. From the sounds of it, the Company you worked for might have just closed up and went out of business. Not a big deal. If you've been released on light duty, and there is no employment to return to under those restrictions, you would be eligible to draw TTD (temporary total disability) and continue treating medically.

I got a paperwork in the mail saying that are Stoping my checks until the find my employer so what do I do

do you have an attorney, if so contact them as they will know what to do.

file for a hearing; you are owed TTD until you are MMI.
It's the carrier's problem that their policyholder is unavailable, not yours.

Ok I did here back from the insurance company they are going to start paying me agen . And I found out the company I work for is having a lot of legal problems so that why I can not find them and yes I have a attorney he work to find them
