    Default Calculating Settlement

Does anyone know what my wife can expect for a settlement offer? She was off work for three months and getting $153 a week. She went back to work for three months and reached MMI three and a half months later. We are expecting an impairment rating of 10% Any help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Doug

Depends on the body part injured...

    See http://www.state.tn.us/labor-wfd/Title50-6-101to801.htm

    50-6-207. Schedule of compensation.

    (3) Permanent Partial Disability.

Find the body part, take the number of weeks indemnity, X $153 X 10%, and you'd come close. No guarantee of a cash settlement.
