Medicare Set-Aside Rules-

I settled my case recently and have a medicare set-aside. I'm not sure what to do next. I sent the info to MSPRC in Detroit, MI by certified mail and it was returned "not deliverable as addressed unable to forward" I'm not sure how to get the info to the right place as this was the address on the forms my lawyer gave me. The lawyer has been paid so I do I need another lawyer? Can anyone help me?

You settled the claim...your atty is not involved in the MSA.
There was a change of address in the Detroit MI MSPRC... another thread has this info. When I have time I'll see if I can find it for ya.
The forwarding by USPS has expired.
You can try contacting your local SSA office, or COB/Coordination Of Benefits Contractor.

my annual accounting form in on March 16th and a week later it was sent back to me saying forwarding address had expired. I used the same address I have been using for the past 4 years to Detroit, Michigan but sometime last year they changed their address to Oklahoma City, OK. So if anyone on this board has to send in an annual attestation form the correct address is: MSRPC P.O. Box 138832 Oklahoma City, OK 73113-8832.
