Claims Adjuster Unavailability

SMH NOW.....

CA's name remains on all correspondence but she is "OUT SICK" and no one seems to know when she will return. Don't know who these other CA's are who are filling in (one is a senior claims examiner) but they seem confused about the contents of my file... I shouldn't have to fax the "fill ins" documents that should be accessible to them....Some questions I am being asked make me wonder if the adjuster who is "OUT SICK' swallowed my file...0:

Hope I don't get lost in the shuffle. Anyone else experience similiar situations?

CA's handle claims at the will of the Claims Administrator. ANY employee of the CA/Claims Administrator may function as the CA/Claims Adjuster.
