    Default Settlement vs. Going to Trial. What Will Be the Best Way to Go

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: New York

    I want to know if should accept a settlement or is better for me to go to trial? I have to go to WC court in one moth please help.

    if you win at trial your future benefits will likely be worth more.
    if you loose it's likely the settlement would have been more valuable to you.

    no one can predict the future or the outcome of a trial especially without any facts.
    an experienced workers compensation atty who has reviewed your file and all the evidence could make an educated guess as to what is more probable.
    there will be a fee for obtaining that opinion and representation.

    if everyone could know the outcome ahead of time they would never give you a choice in the first place.
