You are entitled to TTD for the days you cannot work due to your injury.
You are entitled to PPD/Permanent Partial Disability indemnity benefits based on your impairment due to the injury.
Calif does not pay based on the type of injury, or amount of treatment provided. But for how the injury/impairment affects your ability to compete in the open labor market, and/or reduced earning capacity.

Read through the fact sheets for injured workers here http://www.dir.ca.gov/DWC/dwc_home_page.htm for more information on the WC process in Calif.
Talk to an attorney before you make any decisions to settle your claim, www.caaa.org for names in your zip code. There is no fee for consultation.

There is no guarantee of a cash settlement in WC.
You are entitled to a predetermined number of weeks PPD indemnity based on the accepted PD/WPI rating.
PPD and access to future medical care.

That's not to say you won't be offered a cash settlement, but no one can forsee what that amount may be...nor can you force one.
You need to talk to a attorney before you resolve this claim... or you are likely to screw it up.
