Why is this still on WC/IC if the claim is settled...?
Is treatment being provided or sought under the future medical provisions of a settlement agreement ?
If that is the case, you'll have to contact the CA/IC for instructions on how to access treatment, and a prior authorization to allow the provider/doctor to treat.

If the settlement was a lump sum buyout... then the cost of treatment is out of your pocket.

Like the other guy said is the claim closed out???
If it is closed out and you signed that Labor Board paper that you settled the WC case then you have to pay.
If you have your own insurance then there should be someone down state that would take him- what is the injury?
