First of all I have been through the same issues that everybody post
second im a pro se litagator and have won numerous case in the supreme court even w/c case so im experienced as to what happens to a injured worker. If you are injured make sure you file the paper work right a way always make copys of paper work you turn in.what im finding out is when a person gets injured the adjuster calculates your benefit, this is wrong the board is to calculate your weekly bennefit. now make sure that they get your job description right as you could be an experienced truck driver and they calculate your weekly bennefit at a cab driver at a lower rate this is wrong as they are supose to calculate as to what your experienced at[the truck driver rate] not the cab driver rate!!Note to those who do not have an attorney: in my experience if your case is highly complicated no attorney will touch it with a 10 ft pole

so fight it your self while you get a paraleagle to help you with your paper work or do the paper work your self. the main thing in workers comp is to keep the paper work active and flood the w/c with petitions. also if you are in rehab and injurie your self it is covered under your workers comp ins dont let them fool you
