What to Do About Dr. Bills

I have been on WC for 11months now. To start with all bills wre paid and everything was approved. They then sent me to a cardiologists and everything he done they called and got prior approval from WC. In the cardios. testing he decided I needed to have a heart cath.. WC immediatly controverted all bills due to a supposed heart problem and said they would not treat me anymore until the cardio dr cleared my heart. I had the cath did at my expense and the cardio dr 100% cleared my heart. Now WC is back treating me but are not paying any of the dr bills. I receive my checks every week but I get collectors calling my house all the time for dr bills that WC controverted.
I have an attorney but he just keeps saying don't worry about them that they are not my responsibility. Is there a way for me to get them to quit harrassing me?

Have your atty send notice to the collectors bugging you that all the billing they are dogging you for are to be sent to the WC carrier.

And, to the providers that are sending the bills to the collectors.
That you are not responsible for those bills, and to cease and desist contact.
It must be in writing, certified, return receipt requested to all of those parties.
