Unethical or Illegal
My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: ILL
my employer has confined me to a room upstairs away from all human contact. the employees were told that there would be sever reprocusions if any one was caught talking to me or even by me is this even legal. ive been treated for anxiety and depression for 12 years now it was always under control and was able to function in every day life until now i continuosly keep getting written up and i was told by managers that they were to watch me like a hawk and if i even go to the bathroom whyll not on brake or lunch to write me up. i was just written up friday 30 minutes after giving hr my final doctors note for doing something i was told to do.im at a point that ithe anxiety is so bad even on medication that i can no longer function. im seeing my family doctor soon if he pulls me of work what might happen and could i win ssdi between my physical permenent dissability and my mental disability now magnified strictlybecause of work and work comp? ty also is this complicating my case. I know these people sre trying to get me to quite its pretty obvious
