Well I for one am confused. A lot of the people in this forum ask questions about their legal options and settlement value and that kind of thing. Then there's blowback when someone with legal expertise provides input. If you don't want to hear from the so-called "pros" then I'll leave and you can wallow in ignorance.

By the way, I've never seen any evidence of corruption in the system in over 15 years. Your rights are determined by statute, which are enacted by the legislature (who of course are probably influenced by lobbyists) but there are far too many w/c cases for their to be corruption. It would be too obvious, and no defense attorney or claimant attorney would put their livelihood on the line just to screw over someone they never met.

You call this "legal expertise?"

Come on, you're not that confused.
This is outright slander and a personal attack, you and everyone in this board knows it.

I don't want to hear this kind of childish slander from anyone, let alone a "pro".
The only ignorance in this board is the above statements made by you.
You can leave anytime, you're no "God" to me, we can live without you and your cheap shots pal.

That statement is a perfect example of ignorance, either you're in denial, completely delusional or an outright liar.

Sure, if you're lucky enough to get past the corrupt doctors and attorneys who have poisoned the system in favor of the IC, for
personal gain.

They call it corruption, the thing you never heard of.
For being a "pro" you don't seem to be very smart.

Ha -- if it's written it's libel, not slander. And those statements are not even close.

I can't believe you are a moderator. That's corruption.

More "legal expertise" huh?
From a clown like you, I take that as a compliment, gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.
Think I'll keep you around for something to play with, you're wayyyyyy too easy.

Come on islaw, you have got to be convinced that Toney is right. You must work for the IC side of the system as their pro.

That is the reason you are delusional. You can’t keep your job if you open your eyes and see the light.

Your advice is IC slanted. You are just spinning your wheels if you think you are going to convince us that there is no corruption in this system.

We see corruption at every turn.

Toney is the moderator on this site because this is an injured workers forum. You would be a great moderator on an IC/employer friendly site. IMHO

Gold and silver can be tempting :P I know I'd probably break under the pressure of the chance of freedom having wealth brings.

Then I'd be the one everyone hates ^_^

It's shameful to do, and hard to admit. But most everyone at the top does it.

And it's not Islaws fault (alone?) I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who have been bending the rules.

Of course he could be just as corrupt =P I dunno him personally.

Just saw my "corrupt" doctor and I take back what I said about him. He's cold and hard because the system ties his hands. Overall he's a decent guy and did what he could for me.

>_> Now to deal with the ortheo and then the "system"

!!!
