Default Receiving SSD

I am now receiving SSD. They cut my payment a lot because of the comp that I receive. I did not only use my work injury for the ssd case. I was approved on my first try. Did anyone else get approved that fast?!

Default Re: Receiving SSD

It took over 600 days for mine to be approved.
It took an appearance in front of the ALJ for the approval.
The ALJ stated that my file shouldn't of come before her/him as it should of been approved initially at the state level hence, the reason why it took so long and why a lot of peoples cases has lingered so long.
This was at least ten years ago too.
