Default Piriformis Syndrome, Trochanteric Bursitis And ITB Can Cause Low Back Pain?

My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: illinois

hi,


I saw my nuerosurgeon today and told me that i have trochanteric bursitis in both hips and my ortho doctor told me that too few weeks ago..my neurosurgeon said i have piriformis syndrome and ITB which i don't know what that is..my question is are those can cause my low back pain? that i had been having for 8 months now? thank you i will be thankful


low back pain hurts more when standing/walking in short period it relieves when i sit.
oh i hurt my back lifting..

any idea, suggestions, opinion and anything.. thank you
