There's two separate checks, One for your settlement and one for the MSA. Tony

Its all one in the same, the money for the MSA and settlement. Its closing out the case.

Leave it alone, call your lawyer and ask when to expect payment. I doubt another attorney would take the case, if they did you could drag it out...
