I'd guess no but you'd have to look at the wording in your retainer, don't call and ask - just wait and see what happens. Technically the lawyer is...

  1. I deleted that thread, you're selling the idea that people shouldn't hire an attorney or wait until after the carrier makes an offer.
That's fine and dandy you have an attorney offering free legal advise without you signing a retainer - That's not how most attorneys operate.
I discourage anyone to enter into settlement negotiations without an attorney, it's an excellent way to undermine your claim - I won't allow misleading postings that claim otherwise.

  2. Was my topic "Damaged beyond repair" deleted? If so, why? I cannot find it anywhere and was hoping for a response to my latest post last week.
  3. Hi, Dan Malloy If they didn't tell you, he is our Governor. I went to work on his 2010 campaign as a mole volunteer. I had to choose between the two candidates, I choose correct, he won. Independent of campaign, he agreed to look at the telephone denial of benefits and an order I am to receive no more hearings. I can tell you, my recent protests are very effective. Re: Sig. Can you ask jaspell to clean up his legal trollig IW Signature please. Thank you, Bill
  4. Sorry about that these court hearings are driving me crazy. Wont happen again foul language is unacceptable I apologize.

Yep, I'm in and thank you and Missy for all the trouble you and your other forum helpers. The only thing that looks a little strange is the, "Junior Member Tag", above the 1972 date. But I don't care, I can live with that.

It's great to be back! The first thing to do is find my wife a doctor within about 80 miles that will give my wife a fair shake at SSDI that she needs to file for. All of her doctors are back in Michigan and if you so much as mention SSDI to any doctor in Michigan they run away as fast as they can.
