Biography:

Was a hard working guy since 12 yrs old. I have been employed since. My 1st work injury was my last, as I was unaware of NJ employer tactics, I needed and wanted to keep my job so I followed employer instructions which caused yet another accident as I was not ready to return. I have been disabled since. It is my goal here to help prevent others from making same mistakes I made.

After my case concluded. I wanted to know why my employer was allowed to have my no work notes from WC DR changed. I began to study NJ WC law and rules then got a used computer in 05 to begin in depth study on NJWC case law.

The 1st time my no work note was changed to sedentary ok I went to ER to make sure I was OK and this DR found a pinched nerve and said sitting is out of question. I went to office to give MGR my updated status and she was MAD

She said she was talking with my DRs and I MUST return to work. By the time I got home she left message to have my A__ to work @ 830am or else. I called her back and said I wasn't sure how this was going to work out but if its mandatory I will be in

become a NJWC advocate. Having gone through all the SS/ NJWC hoops, FCE, and dozens of "expert" DRs and all I have learned from my case and case laws read took a while but only then did I feel informed enough to assist others with their case.

Im sure my MGR was the most unreasonable employer in history of NJ. I wrote then Gov. WHittman and got reffered back to NJ Labor DEPT.They refuse to answer how all of this was permitted!! My 1st lawyer was a loser but I thought since he had

As for my MGR she I KNOW she had other intentions to have more than just an employee/employer relationship which I turned her down on several occasions. She used WC as a weapon to hurt me as I apparently hurt her?? I have no other reason for her

actions. So I dont want anyone to think they are alone in this battle for their WC benefits. I trusted the system and got the royal flush, my lawyer could never give me my health or job I loved back, but he got me all he could and that's the point.
