Biography:
I am a Charlotte, NC, workers' compensation specialist lawyer. I have been representing injured workers in North Carolina since 1991. I am fortunate to have received excellent ratings from my peers in the profession, such as the "AV Preeminent" rating every year since 2010 (Top 5% among peer review ratings nationally) from www.Martindale.com, and I have been included in "'NC Superlawyers" and "Best Lawyers in America" for several years in a row based on the recommendations of lawyers who are familiar with my work. In 2015, I was inducted as a "Fellow" into the national College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.
