Default Malpractice by Insurance Company Doctors

Is it considered malpractice if a insurance company doctor tells you that you are medically stable and they never even looked you over, well it happened to me, but i am far from getting better.

That would be up to jury in a civil trial. The burden of proof is much higher then just a difference of opinion, you have to prove that you were medically and physically harmed by the doctor's actions.
