    My uncle worked for German Shipping line for 12 years as a Navigation officer. He was eligible for a lump sum of $8000 by the Company's Shipboard Retirement Plan. The problem is they says that they doesn't have a record one of his contract, so they say they have only 11 years, What should he do?

    There's plenty of compensation companies in Poland You shouldn't have any issues to find the best one.
