Workers Comp is a Corrupt System

RHODE ISLANDS WORKERS' COMP. SYSTEM IS CORRUPT. SPENT 10 YEARS IN COURT SYSTEM. FOUND MISSING MEDICAL RECORDS, MD MAKING A DIAGNOSIS WITHOUT SEEING MEDICAL RECORDS OR HISTORY OF MY COMPLAINTS. HE STATED IN A DEPO. HE NEVER SAW ME AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ME. MADE ALLIGATIONS OF FRAUD AND ABUSE PER RI STATUTE 28-13-17.3. BUT WAS NOT INVESTIGATED.

No kidding!!! We can all agree with that. It's not only in Rhode Island either. It's every state.

It's amazing to me the people that aren't suppose to be corrupt (doctors, attorneys and judges) are allowing this to happen. THEY, themselves are people that are suppose to look out for your best interest, instead, they look out for an insurance company!!! How does one trust the system now? Very disappointing to say the least. So much for that oath they take. What a joke. What a disgrace they've become.

I worked hard and never had time to read about the W/C,plus the poster was inside the building in the front office and the time clock was outside! I have been on a slow motion train wreck ever since my employer cut corners on safety to save money and then lied to Beacon on paper in black and white about my job duties! I to found a lawyer from a T.V. commercial and he took me for a ride around the truth and the pile gets higher than that!

don't go to the lawyer that ryimes with barnett. he is a class a scammer. wants to settle settle settle even bef. you know what is wrong w/ you yet!!! loves simple cases. complicated ones are too long w/ not enough quick money in it for him. maybe he hates working as a lawyer. hahahaha

a friend dumped him pronto after he tried hurrying her up to settle. had not even had shoulder mri yet. 3 rotator tears and no end in site of medical case.

Raul Lovett would be freaking ashamed of this guy. Lovett was one great lawyer for the people. we need more like he was.
