    I am a TN employer. I have an employee who say that she has a carpul tunnel syndom. I hope i have spelled this right. From past expierence i know that this though long time of hard work. She is treatening to file workman comp. If she did it at work yes she need to file workman comp. But through year of work and staying computer in her other jobs. I feel that she should not file. Please help me to make the right and fair descision on this matter

    I don't really believe that it's your choice to make. The employee has the right to file, and the dr.s and Workers Comp. will decide if the claim is legitimate.
