Hello, I am a waitress and I had to have surgery for heel spures and have been out of work going on two months. I had severe pain caused by long hours on my feet, and before surgery I could hardly walk normal at all without the pain even on off days. I am going to therapy 3 time a week and as of right now my pain does not seem to be better. I know at this point I will not be able to do my job without pain still. Should I be able to be compensated in either work. comp. or disability?

Those are medical questions but it sounds like there is a good possibility that a doctor will attribute at least part of the condition to your job duties or aggravated by job duties. You need supporting medical opinion in order to receive work comp. File a claim.
