    Question Benefits Only Paid Every Six Weeks

    I have a friend that broke his leg in 3 places at work now he has a steel rod in his leg. the insurance only pays him once every 6 weeks. can they do that?
    If your back is rated is based on 400 weeks how many weeks do they give the leg

    Depends on your states work comp rules
    What do yours say?
    Your state has a schedule for the different body parts. Each state is different.
