Are you saying you are running out of time because you are near statutory MMI? What is your impairment rating or do you have a final IR? Is your injury bad enough to file for Social Security Disability?

Gonna try again. Timed me out b4 I got finished last time. My co. is out of PA. Ins co. out of NE. I live in TX.
Injured in PA. I was receiving PAWC. They cut me off. Only lawyer I could find would only file in TX. TXWC began in July 06.
After 17 mos. of denials, the ins co ok'd nerve surgery for Brachialplexopathy (Erb's palsy). Still have wrist (DuQuervaines syndrom), shoulder (torn bursa), and neck (bulging discs). We're back to denials.
att. getting 25% for doing nothing. Was making close to regular pay w/PAWC. Can't even pay bills with TXWC. Gone through savings and CCs.
How long til TX cuts me off? What can I do?
