    Default injury

Two years ago I got a left inguinal hernia with much pain after due to nerve entrapment. Had 2nd surgery in September 07 to cut nerve. Pain is still present. I have returned to work 2 times but the constant standing bending twisting and up and down movement makes it so I just cant work. Is this in fact a disibility? I expect to be sent to and IMR shortly at state workers comp request. What are my changes of getting a disibility from all this? I am 58 years old and dont want to be retrained. Any ideas or experience would be helpful. Yes I have an attorney.
