Does you state have a web site where you can veiw your claim on-line?

Ohio has one and you just register your claim number, put in a password and off you go!
usually within 3 weeks it will be on there! Also if you have a lawyer it is suppose to be sent to them!

also I found this on the same site hope it helps

    21. The insurance company sent me to their doctor for evaluation, and now they won't send me a copy of the report. Do I have a right to that report?
An injured worker may invoke MGL c. 152, 20 or MGL c. 152 30A, which requires the insurer to provide a copy of the report. Also, the employee can invoke the Patient Bill of Rights.

Please get a lawyer. WC will screw you with one; without one you are dead in the water. Follow the MGL (Mass General Law) and write for a copy of the report. First call a lawyer. WC is not a do it yourself project.

What makes you think that they will share the report with you?
