Lightbulb Finding Good Back Doctor - Phoenix

Can anyone refer me to a good back doctor in Phoenix? The doctor that I saw immediately following my injury is less than satisfactory. I've received a form from the AZ Ind. Comm. re changing doctors. I am located centrally in Phoenix - Camelback corridor or thereabouts. Any suggestions please? The company's insurance provider is writing me and I need to make a decision soon. I would prefer to forego shots in the back, as I have heard that they make it worse - therapy is good -- just need a really good back doctor. Thanks.

DO NOT go to James Maxwell in Scottsdale. He did my back surgery and created more problems. Plz to do not use him. Go to several doctors. He screwed my back up and I had to have more back surgery to fix it. I now have 8 pins and screws in my lower back and will be on pain meds for the rest of my life. Don't let anyone talk you into the new and improved back surgeries either. They don't work. I wish someone had told me.
