Default Concerning MMI (or Lack Thereof)

back in 2004 I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel and had surgury. at the time the doc said he was going to keep the claim open for a while to make sure the surgury worked. a year later I changed jobs and have been here ever since. my hands are a lot better than before the surgury ( not 100% but better)but it just occured to me that I never had an mmi done. I live in vermont and was wondering if there is a statute of limitations on this type of stuff. who would I talk to to about this. thanks for any help you can give me.

I'm going to contact the carrier but the doc that did the surgury doesn't do evals. I would have to go to someone else. Is there a time limit on this stuff?
