    Unhappy Is WC Liable to Pay for Bath Addition

    I can no longer climb stairs .i have fallen down once already and twisted ankle had bad sprain.I had multiple knee surgeries and nerve release now i have also developed rsd and i was wondering since i had to move bedroom downstairs to my where i once had my living room and i have half bath downstairs but still have to go upstairs to bathe .I need a bathe put in downstairs .Is workers comp suppose to pay for this??

    No, you're entitled to wages loss and medical only, not additions to your home.

    But you still 'can' get upstairs to bathe...

    IF you were declared 100% permenantly disabled, and parapalegic/quad... you might get the bath remodle... might. But don't count on it.
