    Unhappy Broken Physically, Broken Financially

    Hello,
My employer informed me that with my restrictions I can not go back to my previous job. What they offered me is less then miserable. First they cut my hours and second they cut my hourly rate. When I calculate my new financial situation it brings me to $400/month or less! How can somebody who can not provide for himself, or can but to the very limited extend, live on this income? Isn't there something about wage differentials under WC?

Yes there is. Your attorney should be looking into this for settlement.

Walnut, listen to beachgirl. She is knowledgeable about wc laws in IL. If you dont have an attorney get one. It will cost you nothing up front.

If I remember correctly, Beachgirl has an attorney she used and is very happy with him.

You might send her a private message..

    Good luck
