Post Recurrence of Symptoms from an Old Injury

I was injured in 2003 and had transposition of the ulnar nerve in 2004. I returned to work in 2005 and settled in 2007. My question is I have been working for the last 5 years and recently have been experiencing the same issue I had before surgery. What are my right? I am going back to the surgeon that performed the orginal surgery next month but have a concern what happens if there is more damage and they determine I can't do the work that I am doing. What are my rights where I already settled??

you have the right to file another claim if your current condition is due to your job.
you should review your settlement papers and look at what rights you gave up.
depending on the settlement you agreed to certain conditions when you accepted the amount.
