WC impairment rating is not applicable when it comes to SSDI.

Both use very different sets of guidelines when determining disability.

WC is only concerned about the site of injury that has been ruled as work-related where SSDI takes into consideration any and all injuries/conditions that falls under their definition of disabled (work-related or not).

There are many IWs that have been found to have an injury that is less than 100% WPI through WC, but are found to be 100% disabled under SSDI.
