2 Doctors 2 Different Verdicts

I saw an orthopedic doc he gave me my diagnosis and told me what I can or cannot do. The company says I have to see there doc so I told my orthopedic doc, he says well they will just send you to me. I will have someone call over there and let them know that they can clear you to me. Work says you have to go anyways. so i go, thework doc says the opposite of what the ortho. doc said. now i dont know what to do... any advice?

both you and the employer can choose either.
disputes are settled with the work comp court.
