SECOND LEVEL PCE: This is a PCE to measure general residual functional capacity to perform work or provide other general evaluation information, including musculoskeletal evaluation. It may be used to establish Residual Functional Capacities for claim closure. This level generally requires not less than two hours of actual patient contact.

    see OAR 436-009-0070
    http://arcweb.sos.state.or.us/pages/...6/436_009.html

restrictions are different for each patient; there is no universal impairment for every second level PCE.
you should discuss your residual functional capacities with your doctor.
