Employer is Slow to Authorize and Pay For Treatments

Hello to make a long story short my employer that I've worked for for a long time is giving me the run around about getting a procedure done that I have had done inthe past & they approved & paid for. They also are not paying bills like they said they were. Last week I received 2 past due notices for bills that they should of paid all ready. I really don't know what to do. They are not communicating with me. Never had any problems in the past. Time to talk to a lawyer??
I don't know who to talk to so I can get this taken care of and move on. So confused, annoyed & mad.

Yup...time to lawyer up. Doesn't cost anything for consultation, fees are awarded based on your PPD award, or benefits secured for you through litigation/court. Don't delay.

Thank you. Hard to do that while still working for them. Not easy to go into work everyday either

Is your employER self insured, and/or a TPA...Third Party Administrator handling the claim, or are you receiving benefits administered by a insurance company ?

There should be ONE person assigned to handle your claim.

You should not be receiving bills or notices from any provider, those should go directly to the CA/Claims Adjuster.
If/when you receive bills etc, forward them to the CA.
Notify the provider, in writing, you are being treated for a work injury, and all billing should go to the CA.
