    Default Worker's Comp For a Condition Received While Working

    My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: wv

    early this year i was diagnosed with tendonitis from a neurologist. my employer is giving me the run around by not giving me the information to file a claim, my insurance company says it workers compensation. my condition is a result from employment will it be covered by workers compensation and its to late to file a claim
