Default Acdf 8 Weeks Post Op

Was passenger in rear ended work vehicle. Had c5/c6 acdf about 8 weeks ago. Had mediation last week. It was decided to pay w/o prejudice from date of surgery thru next dr. appt. Any idea how long it takes to get a payment? Thanks in advance

Generally within about 30 days of the carrier receiving the judges decision/award. What benefits are you to be paid "without prejudice"...?

Where is your atty in this?

My atty is on vaca this week but was included in mediation. I have not rec'd any money since May at which time I was working 32 hours a week. In June I was taken out of work. I had surgery later that month. Apparently I will be paid 50% of comp rate from time I was out of work until surgery date, and 100% w/o prejudice from that date until next dr appt. Thank you for your reply...
