    Default Reached MMI

Reached MMI, DR is doing an impairment rating, but havent recieved it yet. Just got a 14 day notice today, stating that i was realeased to work, so are they just trying to pull a fast one on me that im released so they can skip settlement proceedings?

Not at all, that's the normal progression of a case.
Depending on your disability and future earning capacity, you may or may not be entitled to a settlement.

Consult an attorney to evaluate your case, there's no upfront cost.
