    Default Settling an Old Worker's Comp Case

    my injury goes all the way back to 1992. how would i as a layman to the legal world, estimate the value of my case?

    develop a range with best case & worst case.

    estimate the future benefits for each.
    use a present value factor to convert into today's $$
    add unpaid/in-dispute benefits
