Employment After a Job Injury - What Are My Options

Released back to work on Dec 17th. My company didn't give me hours until Dec.23rd. I haven't worked since Dec 31st. Workmens comp is still paying me. I call my company every week. And the 2 people I have to talk to our either not in, their voicemail is full or they simply don't return my call. My wc adjuster finally was able to get in touch with one of them on 2/4 in which they finally returned my call. They have me an option of two placements, I told them either one was ok with me and they told me they would get back to me. I gave them the week and called back on 2/11, I was told she would call me back once she talked to the supervisor from the building I was going to be sent to. Again gave a week and called back today 2/18, I left a voicemail.
I have been looking for another job but so far no luck. What are my options? Do I just wait it out? Or is there something else I can do?
