My workers compensation claim was made in the State of: Maine....Hi, I am trying to get a load Mod from my bank,they keep asking for a award letter from the Ins paying me WC and date on how long I will rec it, my question is can my Ins (WC) do this?

It's impossible for anyone to know how long you will be temporarily disabled and eligible for benefits, the insurance would never commit to a time.
Unless you're on Permanent Disability and have a structured settlement, you won't get an award letter.

Tony is right, just went through the same thing for a home loan, try a different bank, I found one.
