Default Worker's Comp Advocacy in Montana

Is there a worker's compensation advocate for Montana? I am having trouble finding an organization that can help advocate on my behalf. There seems to be advocates for everything else under the sun. The only thing I can find is the employment relations division, but this is a state agency and my claim is through State Fund. ERD did not seem very interested and I don't feel like they did any "investigating" at all. They basically called up State Fund and then called me back and told me what they said. It was a huge disappointment.

I can't find anything off hand but the best advocate is an attorney who specializes in worker compensation.

Here's a few links, see what you can find

You need a workers' comp lawyer. They are the people who advocate for injured workers.
The North Carolina Court of Appeals has held that "In contested Workers' Compensation cases today, access to competent legal counsel is a virtual necessity." Church v. Baxter Travenol Labs, Inc., and American Motorists Insurance Company, 104 N.C. App. 411, 416 (1991).
